Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium Grant (PPG) is an allocation of additional funding provided to schools to support specific groups of children who may be vulnerable to possible underachievement.  The intended effect of this funding is to accelerate progress and to raise the attainment of the pupils identified.  The PPG for all schools was based on census figures for pupils in Reception to Year 6.  Each financial year, schools have received additional funding to support pupils who may be disadvantaged or more vulnerable than others.
