Class of 2029

• The date of transition for the children that will be joining us in September from your school will be Thursday 11th July. A bus will arrive at your school between 8.30 and 8.50am to collect the children who will be attending Walbottle Academy next year. The children will need to be in their primary uniform. A bus will then return at Walbottle at 2pm to drop them back off at your school.

• Have you  filled  in the student information/free uniform items survey? if you not already done so, please complete the survey before 17th June as this will be the latest date to guarantee delivery before September.

• A letter has been sent to communicate the transition dates, when you can pick up the uniform (if ordered), etc. If you would like to view this, please see our webpage: https://wba.northerneducationtrust.org/our-academy/transition/

• We have also offered additional visits/tours of our school, via the above letter, for students which may need a little extra support with the transition. Parents/carers can access this by emailing wba-year6-transition@northerneducationtrust.org.
