Admission Arrangements
The Admissions policy has been formally adopted by the Governing Body of Newburn Manor Primary School. In this school the Governing Body is the Admissions Authority and is responsible for determining the school’s admissions policy. If there are enough places at the school then every applicant will be offered a place. If more applications are received than the number of places available, oversubscription criteria will be used to decide which children will be allocated places. Children who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) which names the school will be admitted to the school.
The admission arrangements for all pupils are in accordance with national legislation, including the Equality Act 2010. This includes pupils with any level of SEND.
