Parents interested in applying for a place for their child to join our Reception class in September 2017 are invited to come along to the open evening tonight between 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm.

Many thanks to parents who have sourced and donated prizes for the raffle to be held at our Christmas Fair.  We would be extremely grateful if any other donations could be brought to the school office as soon as possible please. Your support is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Parents/carers are invited to our 'Come and See' Drop-In Morning on Thursday, 24 November 2016, between 9.00 am and 12 noon, to find out more about how and what their children are currently learning in class.

The next meeting of the newly formed Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) will take place at school from 2.00 pm until 3.00 pm. Please consider joining us if you are able to - new members are always welcome.

On Thursday, 17 November 2016 we will be having a 'Big Spotacular' Non-Uniform Day to help raise funds for the BBC Children in Need Appeal.  Children are invited to wear their own choice of clothes instead of school uniform - they might even wish to wear something spotty to fit in with the theme!  We would be grateful if children could please bring in a small monetary donation to help support this worthy charity.

This morning, on Armistice Day, everyone in school respectfully observed the Two Minutes Silence to the memory of the fallen.

Parents/carers of children in Reception class are invited to join us for our Celebration Assembly on Friday, 11 November 2016, 10.15 am, as we celebrate this week's achievements of children in school.

Parents are reminded that the next Healthy Tuck Shop for children will take place on Friday, 11 November 2016 - only 50p for a cupful of tasty treats.

Our Christmas Fair will be held on Tuesday, 6 December 2016. As in previous years, we will be holding a non-uniform day to generate small prizes from parents for the tombola stall.  However, we would be delighted to hear from anyone with connections to local businesses that may be willing to donate a prize for our raffle.  Usually, we approach businesses ourselves to ask for help. However, this year we thought we would also call upon parents who may already have good business contacts and ask for their help in seeking support for the school.  Please contact us if you know of any business, organisation, or indeed any individual, who may feel able to help us in this way. We would, of course, be happy to acknowledge publically any donations given.
