Many thanks to everyone who came along to the Year 1 pirate themed class assembly on Thursday.  We really hope you enjoyed this celebration of some of the many creative learning activities that the children have been taking part in this term. Liz Bailey came into school on Tuesday night to give us some great ideas to use at home when learning our times tables.  Both parents and children enjoyed the session and can't wait to try some of these ideas out at home!

Children are invited to bring along 50p for a cupful of healthy treats.

We are delighted to congratulate Miss Hickman, our Year 3 teacher, on her marriage which has taken place during the Easter holidays.  Miss Hickman will now be known as Mrs Hainsworth and we wish both her and her new husband a wonderful future together.
