Super Learning Success
Sun 06 Nov 2016The children all had a magnificent time on Friday during our Super Learning Day ’Newburn Goes Bang!'. The theme of the day was the Gunpowder Plot and various activities took place throughout the day. The children not only learnt more about the history of the period but also took part in some amazing Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) activities hosted by our special visitor, Technology Tom. Please chat to your children about some of the fabulous things they did and visit their class pages to find out more. We were delighted when a lot of the children chose to dress up for the day and we are grateful to parents for helping them to prepare costumes. We really do value your support.

Harvest Thank You
Fri 14 Oct 2016Many thanks to all parents/carers who were able to join us as at our Harvest Celebrations in school. It was lovely to see you all as the children gave thanks for all the good things we eat. We were delighted to receive so many donations of food, baby and personal hygiene items for Storehouse NE, an organisation supporting people in need in the North East. These kind gifts are much appreciated.
